Bad professional development

As an education author and presenter, I have my thumb on the pulse of professional development for teachers. I’ve seen my share of awful presentations and workshops.

There is bad PD. Then, there is what Chicago teachers suffered through.

I think the video below says it all. Can you imagine anything worse?
