Can Narrative Feedback Eliminate Traditional Grading?

If you read Brilliant or Insane, you probably know we are anti-tradition, when it comes to education. One of my goals, in fact, is to completely eliminate traditional number and letter grading in schools and replace these with narrative feedback.
