There are plenty of educators who fail to comprehend the usefulness of gamification or game based learning in education. I’ll admit that I certainly didn’t get gamification not so long ago.

Although some games can have a deleterious impact on learning and daily activities, many spark the kind of brain activity that is productive to a variety of classroom activities.
